是否具备保卫自己国土的能力是一回事，是否具有保卫自己国土的意愿则是另外一回事。
在某种程度上，后者相对于前者更为重要！
虽然是姗姗来迟，但所幸亡羊补牢，犹未晚矣！但也希望，今后在这一类的事情上不要再如此拖拖拉拉，再让类似的事迟到50多年！毕竟，我们本并不需要等这么久，我们也没有必要等这么久！
